Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a commercially focused finance team

Strategic Financial Partnering: Work closely with senior leaders, providing insights that drive long-term, profitable growth.

Financial Planning: Lead budgeting and forecasting processes; identify risks and opportunities.

Commercial Business Partnering: Support operations and sales with incisive analysis and performance-enhancing actions.

Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics; deliver variance analysis and financial performance reporting.

Financial Modelling: Build advanced models to assess investments, projects, and strategic initiatives.

Cost Optimisation: Monitor cost controls and identify efficiency improvements.

Process Improvement: Drive best-in-class reporting and champion innovation in financial processes.

About You:

Qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) with 5+ years' post-qualification experience
