Day-to-day of the role: - Teach a range of courses from Level 1 introductory qualifications to Level 3.
- Assess, review, and record learner progress and maintain accurate course and learner records.
- Embed employment skills into the curriculum to enhance learner readiness for the industry.
- Deliver high-quality vocational programmes, ensuring a stimulating learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Degree/HND or relevant professional qualifications coupled with strong industry experience.
- Experience in teaching within further education is highly advantageous.
- Willingness to work towards teaching qualifications, with support provided by Brooklands Technical College.
- Recent graduates or individuals seeking a career change are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in IT.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
