About the Role:
We're looking for an organised Bodyshop Controller to oversee the daily workflow in our busy workshop. You'll manage repairs from start to finish, ensuring jobs are completed on time, to standard, and with great customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and allocate all repair jobs to the team.

Monitor vehicle progress and resolve any delays.
*
Order parts and manage workshop stock.
*
Liaise with insurance assessors and customers.
*
Conduct final quality checks before vehicle handover.
*
Ensure health and safety compliance.
What We Need:
*
Experience in a bodyshop controller, supervisor, or senior technician role.
*
Strong knowledge of body repair processes and estimating systems (Audatex/Mitchell).
*
Excellent organisation and communication skills.
*
Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
*
Full UK driving licence.
