They’re seeking an FP&A Manager with FMCG or consumer goods experience, ideally within a D2C or product-led environment, to shape financial insights that drive growth and commercial performance.

In this role, you’ll work closely with senior leaders, translating financial data into actionable strategies that optimise pricing, product mix, and operations across a diverse SKU base. You’ll be the commercial finance partner ensuring the business makes smarter, faster decisions in a competitive consumer market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and refine financial models to support pricing, promotions, and investment decisions.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, partnering with commercial, marketing, and operations teams.

  • Present insights to senior stakeholders to influence strategy and accelerate growth.
  • Enhance reporting processes using BI tools and advanced analytics.

What we’re looking for:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, ideally starting in audit with transition into FMCG, retail, or consumer products.
  • Strong experience working with SKU-driven models and/or D2C businesses.
  • Background in smaller, fast-growing, or PE-backed businesses preferred.
  • Exceptional Excel skills; BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) highly advantageous.
  • Commercially astute, detail-driven, and confident in challenging assumptions.
  • Strong communicator able to bridge finance and non-finance teams.

What’s on offer:

  • Salary £70,000 – £85,000 bonus and benefits.
  • Hybrid working with 3–4 days in a Southwest London office.
  • High-impact role in a scaling, PE-backed consumer brand.
  • A collaborative, ambitious culture with clear progression opportunities.
