About the Role
As a result of continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor—preferably at senior level—to join their commercial team. You will support the Commercial Department across multiple projects valued between £1 million and £10 million. The role involves managing project costs, optimising profit margins, securing timely payments, and nurturing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing the financial and contractual aspects of RC frame and groundwork projects

* Supporting and mentoring junior QS team members

* Assisting with estimating and tender reviews

* Ensuring projects are delivered profitably, while maintaining strong client engagement

About You

* Ideally an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor, though strong intermediates will also be considered

* Background in RC Frame and Groundworks essential

* Previous exposure to estimating processes

* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline

* Minimum 5 years' experience with a civil engineering or RC Frame/Groundworks contractor
