Position: Account Executive/Manager

Location: West Yorkshire

Salary: £30k - £40k

The Company:
My client is a specialist within the Direct Mail sector and are looking for an experienced Account Executive/Account Manager.

The Role:
• Quoting and processing customer orders from your allocated accounts
• Delivering outstanding customer service via phone and email
• Resolving customer issues quickly and professionally
• Grow relationships with existing clients
• Carrying out artwork checks and ensuring smooth production
• Monitoring orders through to successful delivery
• Driving revenue growth and ensuring client retention

Requirements:
• Knowledge of Direct Mail or Print or Mailing is essential
• 3+ years of print Client Services / Sales experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organised mindset
• Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach
• Knowledge and understanding of various print technologies
• Collaborative team player
