Your Role as Branch Manager:

* Lead the day-to-day operations of the branch, driving growth and profitability

* Maintain and expand existing business levels

* Attend Manager Meetings and collaborate with senior leadership

* Win new business and conduct property valuations

* Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring excellent client service

* Build expert knowledge of the local area and competitive landscape

About You:

* Proven ability to run a profitable and high-performing agency branch

Salary & Benefits:

* Basic Salary: £30,000 - £33,000

* On Target Earnings (OTE): £52,000+

* Company Car Allowance

Monday - Friday (no weekends)
