Job Title: Facilities Co-Ordinator
Location: Princess Royal Hospital, Farnborough Common, Orpington, Kent, BR6 8ND
Contract: 6 months
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
Pay: £13.95 per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking a Facilities Co-Ordinator to join our team immediately. The role involves supporting administrative, compliance, and operational tasks to ensure smooth site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Filing and scanning compliance documentation (GAS certs, Minor Works, Waste, etc.)

*

Checking and updating labour times, materials, and work orders

*

Processing site access requests (airports, prisons, etc.) with associated risk assessments and method statements

*

Updating absence planners and coordinating engineer availability with scheduler/dispatcher roles

*

Timesheets, overtime, and expenses processing

*

COINS plant booking and production of statutory testing reports

*

Liaising with VINCI's travel agent to book cost-effective travel and accommodation

*

Ordering PPE, uniforms, and equipment

*

Updating trackers for audits, CRB checks, and MRT records

*

Labour & material audit checks for the commercial team

Requirements for the Facilities Coordinator role:

DBS Basic required

*

Knowledge or experience of helpdesk systems is beneficial

*

Familiarity with CAFM systems & Maximo is ideal

*

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel & Outlook

*

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
