Vehicle Technician
Location: Romford
Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 basic (DOE) £45,000+ OTE Top earners £60k-£70k
Hours: No Saturdays, 45 hrs per week, Flexible Shifts

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Vehicle Technician to join a busy, well‑structured workshop with consistent workflow and excellent earning potential. The work is straightforward compared to many brands, allowing technicians to achieve high efficiency and strong bonuses.

What We Offer
•             £30,000 - £36,000 basic salary depending on experience
•             £45,000+ OTE, with top performers regularly achieving £60,000-£70,000
•             No weekend working - Saturdays only if you choose to help with sales prep
•             Flexible shift patterns
•             23 days holiday + all Bank Holidays off, rising to 26 days with length of service

The Vehicle Technician Role
•             Carry out servicing, repairs, diagnostics, and prep work
•             Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and efficiency
•             Work independently and as part of a supportive team
•             Maximise productivity to increase bonus earnings

About You
•             Qualified Vehicle Technician (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
•             Confident in diagnostics, repairs, and general maintenance
•             Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
•             Motivated to earn well through efficiency and quality output
