The Role - Psychology & Sociology Teacher

Teach inspiring, inclusive lessons in Psychology and Sociology at KS4 and KS5
Take on full teaching responsibilities, including planning, assessment, and pastoral duties
Collaborate with colleagues to drive departmental improvement and student success
Adapt and differentiate lessons to meet the diverse needs of learners
Contribute to a positive school culture and uphold high standards of teaching and learning
For experienced teachers: take on additional responsibilities with TLR to shape curriculum and mentor others
Person Specification

Holds UK QTS (or in the process of obtaining it)
Degree in Psychology, Sociology, or a closely related subject
Demonstrates strong classroom practice and a passion for Social Sciences
Committed to inclusive teaching and making learning engaging for all students
A team player with a proactive mindset and excellent communication skills
Eager to grow professionally and contribute to the wider school community
