Salary: £30,000-£35,000 base + OTE £42,000-£50,000
Hours: Thursday to Monday (5 days)

The Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our shared ownership team. In this role, you'll guide prospective homeowners through their journey to property ownership, providing exceptional service and expertise throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs and match them with suitable shared ownership properties
• Conduct property viewings and showcase the benefits of shared ownership schemes
• Explain the financial aspects and legal requirements of shared ownership
• Process applications and work with solicitors to complete sales
• Maintain detailed records and sales pipelines
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably in property or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation abilities and commercial awareness
• Understanding of the housing market and shared ownership schemes (training provided)
• Ability to work Thursday to Monday, including weekends
• Full driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred)
• Resilient, self-motivated approach with a drive to succeed
