Then this is the role for you. We are currently recruiting for a growing Engineering business in Rugby who is looking to bring a Service Administrator into their business. This role is key to ensuring smooth running of their service department, you will be working with companies from SME's to Multi-National businesses and need the ability to talk to a range of different levels of stakeholders.

So what would you be doing?
- Co-ordinating Schedules & Bookings
- Taking incoming calls & assisting a range of clients
- Data Entry onto CRM
- Preparing documents, processing invoices & generating reports
- Liaising with other internal department
- Other general administrative tasks

And what experience do you need?
- Prior experience within Administration in an Engineering, Fleet or Service environment is essential
- Full computer literacy with experience using Microsoft & Google Suite
- Experience with QuickBooks is desirable
- You must be confident speaking to a range of stakeholders on the phone.
