Are you an experienced Pension Administrator looking for a new role within the Pensions sector? Then we have an exciting new role which can be offered on a fully remote basis. Working within the member events team you will be responsible for providing a full-service pension administration to a range of private sector clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Flexibly manage varying workloads, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Support planning and training activities to meet project goals and performance targets.
  • Take ownership of personal objectives while contributing to departmental and business success.
  • Operate within established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality benchmarks.
  • Follow current work procedures and apply best practices in all tasks.
  • Ensure scheme records and events are maintained accurately and consistently.
  • Embrace Continuous Improvement by gathering and interpreting data to identify process enhancements across projects and administration functions. Be a role model and support team training efforts.
  • Collaborate with and support team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in pension administration, particularly with Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple work streams, with strong knowledge of GMP and LSA guidelines.
  • Strong numeracy and accurate data entry skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to "right first time" quality.
  • Excellent written communication skills across various channels.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
