Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Bridgwater, Somerset
Salary: Competitive
Hours: Monday - Thursday, half-day Friday (Flexi-time, 37 hours)

Ready to take the next step in your maintenance career? We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading manufacturing facility in Bridgwater.
You'll be leading a skilled maintenance team, overseeing the smooth running of factory equipment, introducing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and driving performance improvements. You'll also be hands-on with preventative maintenance (PPM), troubleshooting, and supporting exciting engineering projects.

What we're looking for:
* Engineering qualification (HND or equivalent)
* Proven experience leading or stepping into leadership from a senior maintenance role
* Experience with CMMS systems and a proactive attitude to continuous improvement
* A collaborative, solutions-driven leader passionate about delivering high service levels
