The Company - MIG and TIG Welder

Linkster are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a marquee manufacturer, who is seeking to expand their team due to business growth. We've got an exciting job opportunity for a Welder with a reputable family-run business located in Nuneaton. This is a Temp to Perm role.

Job Specification - Welder

* The main duties of the Welder include fabricating components using equipment to clean, prepare, cut, burn, and weld pieces.

* Must be able to TIG weld aluminium to a very good quality.

* Some MIG welding on steel will also be required.

* It is important for Welders to follow proper procedures and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

* Welders are responsible for fabricating components by measuring assemblies, selecting the appropriate welding method, and meeting quality targets to maintain high standards.

* It is also important for Welders to complete work documents and records to track their progress and ensure that all work is done accurately.

The ideal candidate

To be successful in this role, you should have:

* Experience with TIG and MIG welding.

* A good level of physical fitness for this hands-on position.

* Competitive salary package depending on experience of £15.50 per hour (negotiable).

* A fixed shift pattern 07:15-17:45 Monday to Thursday.
