We a looking to recruit an office based / on-site Administrator / Resourcer to support our contract managers based in Wigan / St Helens Area.

Some of the duties will include the below -

Supporting our onsite Managers

Posting online job adverts

Booking candidates for interviews.

CV Searching

*
Registrations

*
Conducting interviews

*
Adding Candidates to our systems

*
Document Checking

*
Attending daily shift briefs

*
Time and attendance monitoring / management of hours

*
New starter regular feedbacks

*
Internal audits

*
Exit interviews

*
PPE Compliance

*
May need to commute to our site for additional support.

The Successful Applicant

Previous Admin Experience

*
UK Driving license and Own transport

*
Excellent communication skills

*
Excellent computer skills

*
Flexible and reliable

*
Excellent Telephone Manner.

*
Confident

*
Hard Working
