The Employee Manager is responsible for driving sales and managing the total logistics of the store(s). Our managers create an engaging and fun experience for our customers and a rewarding opportunity for our associates. • Assemble a great team
• Create an active selling culture
• Drive sales and provide a great experience for customers
• Interview and hire qualified staff for store opening, closing and daily operations.
• Build the store- accepts the initial shipment, conduct daily bank deposits and maintain a great store appearance.
• Adhere to mall guidelines and continue the ongoing relationship Go! Calendars, Games and Toys has fostered with the mall
• Provide outstanding customer service and train your staff on these standards
• Communicate with company headquarters about issues, problems and opportunities. Also abide by our policies, procedures and represent the company in a positive fashion.
