Forklift Driver (Counterbalance) - Full Time

Location: Near Thame, Oxfordshire
Hours: 45 hours per week + occasional overtime
Salary: £28,500 - £30,000 per year

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a well-established warehouse operation near Thame. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is seeking a stable, long-term position with consistent hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to load, unload and move stock

*

Pick, pack and prepare goods for storage or dispatch

*

Complete stock checks and ensure correct storage and rotation of products

*

Maintain accurate warehouse records using internal systems

*

Ensure the warehouse remains clean, safe and well-organised

*

Support general warehouse tasks as required

Requirements:

*

Valid and in-date Counterbalance Forklift licence

*

Previous warehouse experience preferred

*

Strong attention to detail and good awareness of health & safety procedures

*

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*

Access to own transport (car required) due to site location

*

Reliable, punctual and willing to work overtime when needed
