£29,000-£33,000 

As Hire Desk Controller, you'll play a vital role in the smooth setup and operation of different depots. You'll be responsible for coordinating the hire and delivery of accomodation, welfare units and other materials for projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage hire desk enquiries for project needs
Place orders with approved suppliers and ensure timely delivery/collection
Liaise with project teams to understand project requirements and timelines
Maintain accurate records of all hires and deliveries
Monitor supplier performance and resolve any delivery issues
Ensure they meet health & safety standards
Provide administrative support and updates to the teams

What We're Looking For

Experience in a hire desk, logistics, or order processing support role
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities across projects
Good IT skills (MS Office, order management systems)
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
