Position: 1:1 EYFS Learning Support Assistant

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Location: Beckenham, London

Start Date: ASAP - ON GOING

Requirements:

Enhanced DBS Check (mandatory)
Previous experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is advantageous.
Enthusiasm for supporting the development of young learners.
Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and staff.
Dedication to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Pay Rate: £85 - £95 per day.

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized support to a young learner within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Assist with academic tasks and activities to enhance learning outcomes.
Foster social and emotional development through positive interactions and encouragement
Work closely with the class teacher to implement personalized learning strategies.
Maintain a safe and nurturing environment conducive to learning and growth.
