The Ideal Candidate:

A flexible, team-oriented teacher who thrives in a dynamic SEN environment

Holds UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Confident supporting students with a wide range of needs, from PMLD to ASD, SEMH, and ADHD

Understands the impact of adverse childhood experiences and is skilled at building trusting, therapeutic relationships

Calm, resilient, and able to adapt lessons to meet highly individual needs

Brings humour, creativity, and compassion to their teaching

What You'll Be Doing:

Delivering a variety of subjects (e.g. English, Maths, PSHE) to small, well-supported groups

Incorporating sports or active learning into lessons when appropriate

Working closely with a class team and specialist staff to ensure every pupil receives tailored, high-quality support

Contributing to a safe, nurturing school culture that puts students' wellbeing first
