Registered Home Manager - Nursing & Dementia Care

Location: Andover, Hampshire
Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum plus bonus

The Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Home Manager to take the lead at a small, welcoming nursing home in the Andover area. The home provides specialist nursing and dementia care in a safe, supportive, and homely environment, with a strong emphasis on dignity, respect, and person-centred support.

About You
You will be an experienced home manager with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care. You'll combine excellent leadership and communication skills with a sound understanding of CQC requirements and a commitment to continuous improvement.

You will have:

* Nursing qualification (RGN / RMN / RNLD)

* Previous experience managing a nursing or care home

* Strong leadership and team development skills

* Knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and best practice in care

* The ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and professionals

* A proactive approach to ensuring the smooth and successful running of the home
