Evoke Staffing are pleased to be supporting our partnered Client in the search for their new Operations Manager. This is an exciting company to work for a local company which has experienced massive success and growth.

The Operations Manager will oversee the day to day running of the business, support the senior management team in leading and developing their departments.

Key Responsibilities:

* To manage, inspire and lead the senior management team, including Production, Logistics, Sales, Technical and Outlets.

* To assume full responsibility for H&S and Food Safety matters.

* To analyse practices, identify improvements and lead the change, leading the growth and expansion of the business into new markets and new customers.

* To run and manage directly support areas (Maintenance, HR, Compliance).

* To establish operational procedures in order to ensure all areas are performing at their highest level

* Support the management team in establishing operational budgets.

* To identify new business development opportunities, new products and areas.

* To monitor KPI's and use this information to plan and organise the operations.

* To issue the Operational KPI's:

Productivity (production, logistics)

Capacity

HR turnover

Maintenance, H&S and Food Safety
