RG Consultancy are proud to be working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Bootle to help recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant on a part time, permanent basis. This is brilliant opportunity for someone looking to join a supportive team within an an SME business .
Duties include but not limited to :
- Manage both accounts receivable/ accounts payable function.
- Matching and coding purchase invoices
- Weekly payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Completing supplier statement reconciliation
- Maintaining and resolving supplier accounts and queries
- Keep team up to date with all supplier delays / problems
- Answering phone calls and customer queries
- Develop and maintain administrative process
- Presenting costs analysis to the department
- Supporting the wider finance team with ad-hoc finance duties as required
