Payroll Administrator

Location: Cirencester
Salary: £26,208 + benefits
Hours: 40 per week | 25 days holiday + bank holidays

The Role

You will be joining a £100m plus business who are looking for Administrator to join a very busy Payroll team. (Payroll experience will be taught).

You'll be responsible for accurate timesheet processing, handling queries, and providing essential admin support to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Input and check timesheet data
Be the first point of contact for payroll queries (phone/email)
Work with the operations team to resolve issues
Support with audits, reports, and general admin tasksWhat You'll Need

Strong attention to detail
Confident communicator, especially by phone
Good Outlook and Excel skills
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
Payroll experience not required - full training providedWhat's on Offer

Salary £26,208
40 hour per week, 25 days holiday plus bank holiday
