Excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established company based in Tewkesbury


Established for over 30 years. The company is a technical services business providing best of breed support, maintenance, repair, refurbishment and installation services to some of the biggest and brightest technology businesses in the world.

Due to further growth, they are now looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team.

Role will be to work as part of our Customer Service Team in a busy office environment handling customer enquiry via telephone and email, and liaising with our Field Service Engineers.

Candidate Requirements

* Essential to the role - Excellent communication skills and MS Office knowledge.

* Applicants should ideally have previous Customer Service backgrounds.

* Successful applicant will also receive training on our bespoke Administration package.

Hours 09:00-17:30- Monday to Friday with one-hour unpaid lunch break.

Annual Salary £18,000
