We have just taken on a new receptionist role working with a private equity firm, based in Mayfair. They have 12 people in the office and have a very collaborative team who work extremely hard and have a muck in approach, no task is too big or small!
The main responsibilities will include:
- Running Front of House
- Day-to-day running of the office e.g. managing maintenance and supplies
- Act as the face of the firm
- Adhoc team assistant and supporting the team’s EAs.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starting individual with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Excellent communication skills are key for this role as you will really be the face of the company.
The core hours are 8:30-5:30pm and they also offer a competitive benefits package some of which include, 25 days holiday, health insurance, annual discretionary bonus, cycle to work scheme and more.
