Primary School Teacher - Kirkby
CER Education are currently looking for an inspirational and highly effective Key Stage 1 teacher to work in a supportive and motivated forward thinking 2 form entry Primary School based in Kirkby, Knowsley.
Job Responsibilities
- Teaching all areas of the Key Stage 1 curriculum
- Maintaining discipline
- Convey a positive "can do" attitude
- Take responsibility of a class of primary-age pupils
- Celebrate pupil achievement and promote the values of the school
- Able to contribute and work as part of a team
Preferred Skills
- KS1 Teacher - ECT or Experienced
- Understand the Key Stage 1 curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Full understanding of safe guarding and child protection procedures
- Have a DBS on the update service or be willing to complete and pay for a new DBS application
