We are currently recruiting Recycling Operatives to join a busy, fast-paced recycling facility in Whittle-Le-Woods. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy practical work, are comfortable in an outdoor/industrial setting, and want to contribute to a company focused on sustainability and waste reduction.

The Role

As a Recycling Operative, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the plant, ensuring materials are processed safely and efficiently.

Key duties include:

* General labouring and groundwork around the site

* Picking and sorting recyclable materials from a conveyor belt

* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment

* Assisting with the movement of materials and basic site setup

* Carrying out tasks such as shovelling, sweeping, and manual handling

* Working safely alongside heavy machinery

* Following all health and safety procedures

This is a physically demanding role in an outdoor/industrial environment, so you must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.

* Are reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

* 7:00am - 4:00pm

* 2:00pm - 10:00pm

* Rotation: Weekly rotation between both shifts
