You'll work closely with architects, contractors, and fellow engineers to develop technically sound, energy-efficient, and commercially viable design solutions.You will take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to technical excellence within the team.What you'll need to succeed

• Lead electrical design on complex building services projects
• Produce calculations, drawings, reports, and specifications
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams
• Attend client meetings and present technical solutions
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations
• Support the development and mentoring of junior engineers
• Contribute to design reviews, QA processes, and best-practice initiatives
