Freelance Site Engineer - Highways Project (Essex)

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a town centre and highways project in Essex. This is a key role where you'll ensure the project meets financial, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
·Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to QHSE procedures and quality plans.
·Project Organization: Define the project structure and manage the team.
·Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage associated risks.
·Contract Management: Oversee contract policies, meetings, and claim drafting.
·Financial Management: Manage invoicing, reporting, and cost control.
·Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the project schedule.
·Client Relations: Act as the company's representative with clients.

Profile
·Civils degree with 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in highways.
·Proficient in AutoCAD, GPS systems and total station.
·Own laptop with AutoCAD required.
