Recruit UK has partnered with a national Wealth Manager who is looking for a Performance Manager to join their London team. This successful office has an existing team of 40+ with some serious growth plans.

This varied role focuses on operational improvements, performance management, and office management, including P&L delivery.

They’re looking for a well-rounded candidate with a proven track record of driving improvements and delivering results in a Financial Advice business. You’ll be a strong people manager, commercially astute, and able to develop and implement cohesive plans to enhance team performance.

This is very much growth role, with a development path into a senior management/director level role. The company have a track record for training and developing their employees.
