IT Talent is working with a global enterprise to hire a skilled Product Owner with strong Salesforce CRM experience. If you're someone who thrives on solving messy problems, shaping product visions from scratch, and collaborating across borders — keep reading.

You'll be joining a well-established, cross-functional CRM team supporting global seller operations. The aim? Deliver intelligent, scalable Salesforce-based solutions that streamline processes and boost operational efficiency. It's not just about ticking boxes — it's about thinking like an architect, acting like an owner, and collaborating like a champion.

Your Mission

*

Own the CRM product roadmap — from ideation to delivery

*

Prioritise, refine, and manage a healthy backlog as business needs evolve

*

Shape end-to-end solutions: discovery, scoping, build, test, release, support

*

Partner with stakeholders globally to understand pain points and opportunities

*

Document user stories, process maps, and business requirements

*

Run workshops, demos, and UAT sessions

*

Liaise with devs, testers and business analysts to ensure delivery aligns with the product vision

*

Champion Salesforce best practice and adoption across teams

*

Monitor product health and steer lifecycle decisions with confidence

*

Keep risks in check and escalate where needed

*

Support post-launch: triage issues, log bugs, and enhance the user journey

What We're Looking For

*

3+ years as a Product Owner in enterprise environments (bonus points for eCommerce or marketplace exposure)

*

Strong Salesforce CRM know-how and ability to work with technical and non-technical teams alike

*

Confident communicator — you can talk shop with devs and pitch vision to senior stakeholders

*

Proactive, adaptable, and unflappable — especially when spinning a few plates

*

Experience in Agile/Scrum teams (ideally across multiple geographies/time zones)

*

Data-driven mindset with an analytical edge

*

Degree in Business, Computer Science, or similar

Nice-to-Haves

*

Prior work with major eCommerce platforms or big tech players

*

A touch of design thinking and user research nous wouldn't hurt either
