Duties

General fault finding
Painting
Decorating
Changing Lights/Lamps
Repairing fixtures - doors, walls, handles, windows
Fitting furniture/general carpentry
Basic plumbing
Tap temperatures/repairs
Basic electrical work
Cleaning filters on HVAC systemsRequirements

Experience as a handy person/fabric technician in a commercial setting
Skilled in a trade: painting & decorating/plumbing/carpentry
