Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nursery Assistant to join a nurturing early years setting in Rednal. This full-time role is ideal for a candidate with a Level 2 or higher qualification in childcare, a solid understanding of the EYFS framework, and hands-on experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive care and educational support to children aged 0-5

*

Assist in planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS framework

*

Offer tailored support to children with SEND, fostering their development and inclusion

*

Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure each child's needs are met

*

Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment

Required Experience:

*

Level 2 or higher qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education

*

Proven experience working within an EYFS setting

*

Demonstrated experience supporting children with SEND

*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

*

A proactive, nurturing approach to childcare
