SEN Teaching Assistant – Chislehurst, South East London

Pay: £ PH (32.5 hour weeks)

Contract: Long Term

We’re looking for a caring and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Secondary school in Chislehurst. This is a brilliant opportunity to make a lasting impact, supporting children with special educational needs to reach their full potential.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs
• Assisting teachers in delivering tailored learning activities and interventions
• Helping create a calm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Supporting pupils with social, emotional, and communication development

What we’re looking for:

• Experience supporting children with SEN in a school or childcare setting
• Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification preferred
• Patient, empathetic, and able to build strong, trusting relationships
• Confident working as part of a team to ensure the best outcomes for pupils
