We are recruiting for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to carry out condition surveys and RdSAP data collection on a wide range of residential properties, including houses, flats, and blocks.

* Conduct detailed stock condition surveys

* Collect RdSAP data

* Work across a variety of property types

* Paid per completed survey - competitive rates

Candidates should have the following experience and accreditation.

* Proven experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor

* Own transport

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Work self-employed outside IR35 in a flexible manner, long-term contract available
