Key Responsibilities:

As Operations Manager, you'll take the lead on delivering high standards across multiple sites in Bristol:

  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of a multi-site contract, ensuring compliance and performance
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and long-term planning
  • Lead, support, and develop site-based teams and supervisors
  • Ensure health & safety and statutory requirements are consistently met
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement across services
  • Manage suppliers and subcontractors to maintain service quality
  • Lead regular performance reviews and operational meetings
What we're looking for:

To succeed as an Operations Manager in Bristol, you'll bring:

  • Proven experience as an operations manager within a PFI or similar environment
  • Strong leadership skills, managing teams across multiple locations
  • Experience overseeing budgets and delivering against financial targets
  • A technical or FM qualification (such as IWFM or NEBOSH preferred)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A proactive, organised approach with a focus on service delivery
  • Ability to travel between sites as required
