We are partnering with a rapidly expanding manufacturing organisation that is looking to strengthen its team with an experienced Panel Wirer. Ongoing growth has created the need for an additional hire, and the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building electrical or electronic assemblies such as looms, harnesses and cabling—within a manual production setting.

Key Responsibilities

Work additional hours on occasion to help achieve production schedules and customer delivery commitments
Assist in the build and assembly of both high- and low-voltage looms, cables and associated electrical components
Produce a diverse range of HV and LV harnesses and assemblies for use in production
Collaborate closely with senior team members and engineering colleagues when developing prototype harnesses
Maintain a tidy, safe and organised workspace aligned with lean manufacturing principles
Build control panels in line with technical drawings, schematics and assembly instructions
Carry out testing on completed harnesses, following all SOPs and test protocols, and ensure accurate documentation of results
Panel wiring, electrical assembly, sub-assembly work, soldering, electronics, looms, harnesses, cabling, HV/LV systems and panel build experience.
