The school have high expectations of the children and set challenging targets for the pupils. The school are looking for an individual with knowledge and/or experience of SEN to join the school. As an SEN teaching assistant you will be working on a 1:1 basis with children in primary schools with a child with Autism. You will be expected to work closely with the pupil in order to raise their academic attainment and ensure that you plan and carry out engaging lessons for them.
