Are you looking for an Internal Recruiter role within a company with ambitious growth plans?

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic graduate or an experienced Internal Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant to be responsible for the sourcing and hiring of new graduates for our business. The work involves telephone screening and interviewing graduate/ trainee candidates, liaising with internal stakeholders and assisting with training new recruits.

Unlike most recruiters, Rise Technical have made no redundancies, no salary cuts and have remained profitable during the COVID-19 crisis. This role has been recently created to support the expansion plans we have in place. You will be fully trained to identify and interview candidates and will be building a rapport with candidates who progress to working for Rise.

You will work closely with the internal recruitment manager on the training program in place for new recruits. This will involve helping with inductions, running training sessions and getting involved in company projects. You will also be involved in candidate attraction from social media, any experience in this area would be beneficial.
