The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into classrooms across a range of subjects to deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of teaching staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience and make a real impact in students' learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers

Ensuring a positive and focused learning environment

Managing classroom behaviour effectively

Following school policies and reporting feedback to teaching staff

The Ideal Candidate:

Has previous experience working in a school setting (essential)

Is confident managing a classroom and engaging with young people

Is adaptable, dependable, and calm under pressure

Has excellent communication and organisational skills

Ideally holds a degree or equivalent qualification
