Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Welder to join a busy and expanding production team. As a Welder, you will:
* Work across a wide variety of jobs, using MIG and TIG welding techniques on mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
* The Welder will interpret drawings, use strong initiative, and work with minimal supervision to produce high-quality fabricated components.
* You'll be part of a business that values independence, problem-solving, and teamwork — and as a Welder, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills further through on-the-job training.
* This position is ideal for a Welder who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering precise, reliable work.
Skills & Experience:
* Experience working as a Welder, Sheet Metal Worker, Plater or Fabricator
* Competent in MIG / TIG welding
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Experience working with mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel
* Willingness to learn, develop and contribute to a strong team culture
* Candidates without formal qualifications but with solid practical ability and willingness to progress are encouraged to apply
