We're Hiring: Civils Site Supervisor | Infrastructure Project 🚧

We're looking for an experienced Civils Site Supervisor to support delivery of civils and cabling works on a key infrastructure project.

📍 Location: Rothienorman, Aberdeen

📅 Start Date: ASAP

📅 Duration: 2 Months

⏳ Hours: 07:00-17:00

💰 Rate: Competitive

What You'll Do

✔️ Supervise civils and cabling subcontractors

✔️ Complete and manage Setting to Work documentation

✔️ Produce and maintain IPT and QCS paperwork

✔️ Ensure full CDM and Principal Contractor compliance

✔️ Support environmental mitigation and site‑wide environmental controls

✔️ Assist with general site duties and day‑to‑day project delivery

✔️ Support environmental constraints requiring nightshift operations

What You Need

✔️ SSSTS or SMSTS

✔️ EUSR Cat 1/2 or HSG47

✔️ CSCS card

✔️ SEATS qualification (ideal)

✔️ Experience supervising civils works and subcontractors

✔️ Strong understanding of H&S and compliance documentation

✔️ Ability to manage tasks independently with a proactive mindset
