My client is searching for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team in their Windsor offices.

My client is a well-established law firm, serving a wide range of clients across surrounding counties in England as well as abroad.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• As a paralegal working within the Conveyancing team, you will be supporting a partner with a wide variety of Conveyancing client matters, whose case load quite often involves high net worth transactions.

• You will be encouraged to familiarise yourself with the handling of a file from start to finish, which will involve drafting documentation, conducting extensive legal research and managing deadlines.

• You should be a candidate who is passionate about the law, ideally with an academic background or a genuine interest and talent for a career within the legal industry. You will provide an outstanding service to clients and will take the initiative to develop your legal knowledge and understanding of the law in practice.

• You will also have the ability to produce quality work, under supervision, ensuring that you are meticulous and organised, whilst working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• The successful candidate is likely to be an experienced conveyancing secretary or paralegal who can see a matter through from file opening to post-completion (with the support of a Partner).

• Previous use of digital dictation system and LEAP Legal Case Management would be a distinct advantage.

• Salary will be dependent upon experience, and we could accommodate an immediate start.
