O'Neill & Brennan are currently recruiting for an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join a leading Tier 1 M&E contractor on a major commercial office fit-out project in Central London.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile, large-scale development, contributing to the successful delivery of a fast-paced and technically complex project.

The Role

As Health & Safety Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture across site and ensuring compliance with all relevant health & safety legislation and company procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting site teams in the implementation of health & safety policies and procedures

- Conducting regular site inspections and audits

- Identifying hazards and advising on risk mitigation

- Assisting with RAMS reviews and method statements

- Investigating incidents and producing detailed reports

- Liaising with site management, subcontractors, and external stakeholders

- Driving continuous improvement in health & safety performance

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Health & Safety role within UK construction

- Experience working on M&E or commercial fit-out projects preferred

- NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)

- Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to influence and engage with site teams
