We're on the lookout for a proactive, qualified engineer to cover the Oxford, Reading & Swindon areas - someone who thrives on solving problems, delivering quality service, and enjoys the freedom of a field-based role.

💼 What You'll Be Doing:

*

Reactive & planned maintenance of HVAC systems in a range of commercial environments

*

Diagnosing faults, conducting repairs and performing minor installs

*

Working on splits, VRV/VRF, DX systems, chillers, and heat pumps

*

Managing your own schedule across the M4 corridor with full support from our dedicated back-office team

✅ What You'll Need:

*

NVQ or equivalent in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (apprentice trained? Even better!)

*

Solid experience in HVAC/reactive & PPM work

*

Full UK Driving Licence

*

A self-motivated, reliable approach and strong time management

*

Excellent communication and customer service skills
