A dynamic, popular and rapidly growing non-profit community organisation who work with young people is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO. As EA, you will provide full diary management and inbox support, prepare and note take for meetings, arrange travel, produce Powerpoint presentations and reports, deal with expenses, projects, general admin support and ad-hoc duties as required. You will be confident with strong interpersonal skills and able to develop and maintain relationships. The EA needs to pre-empt any issues, and problem solve those that do arise. This is a fast paced and demanding role, that requires great orginisational and multitasking skills. Candidates must have at least 5+ years EA experience, and ideally educated to a degree level. The ideal candidate will have an interest or knowledge in politics. Experience working within government or the public sector is a must.
