🕒 Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8:30am - 4:30pm | Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm

💷 Daily Rate: £90 - £100 per day

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive SEN chool that makes a real difference in the lives of children with complex needs.

What We're Looking For:

Someone caring, patient and resilient with a genuine passion for supporting children with SEN.

Prior experience working with children with special educational needs.

A commitment to empowering students and nurturing a love of learning.

Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.

Must be able to drive, due to the rural location of the school.

The Role:

Supporting students on a one-to-one or small group basis across a range of needs.

Assisting with classroom activities and tailored learning plans.

Helping to create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment.

Working closely with teachers and other professionals to deliver consistent, high-quality support.
