Apricus Resourcing are currently working with an award winning healthcare provider who are looking to hire Community Paediatricians for ongoing locum roles based from Harlow. The service requires Paediatrician locums to work 9am to 5pm (8 hours per day) for 3-5 days per week; 50% clinic time (F2F) and 50% patient related administration.

Duties

* Participate MDT diagnostic process

* Do uni-disciplinary developmental clinics

* Hold a monthly multidisciplinary Physical Developmental clinic for children with conditions significantly affecting their posture and movement

* Hold alternate monthly multidisciplinary Developmental Coordination Disorder clinic.

* Contribute to the Child Protection rota by being second on call every other week. This includes supervision of trainee who triages referrals and does the medical assessment and checking of the reports

* Participate in triaging rota of new referrals. 8. Lead for training of junior doctors and medical students.

* Do a monthly clinic for children who are looked after
